What did you see on your run today? #460 comes from rural Maharashtra

One of my running mates, Mukul Oberoi, who has contributed several guest posts here before, is our star today.

And, as usual, his guest blog post is a visual treat.

Enjoy 🙂

Here is Mukul, in his own words, sharing his runs around his home in rural Maharashtra:

It’s been over a month now that I have been back from Goa and I’ll be lying if I say I don’t miss running on the beach but then this is my time at the farm so am making the most of it.

Fortunately the weather is cooler now and there is an early morning nip in the air that I try to catch. It’s nice to run on the gentle hill climbs, sometimes on the road or take a trail and make my own path.

It’s also nice to every now and then take my dogs with me, although I can’t run when I take them along as they get too excited and start racing…one went missing last week for a couple of hours coz she ran too fast, too far.

The air is clean, there is no traffic and the scenes around and beautiful…a large part of my road run route has a river along it, so every now and then I stop by the river and soak in the beauty of the place and thank the Universe for this opportunity.

Before I share the gentleman’s gorgeous photos – Mukul, your dog going missing must’ve been scary! Thank God she’s back home and safe with you all.

And now, here’s Mukul also speaking, through his photos 🙂

Told ya – aren’t they stunning?

Mukul, my friend, as ever, thank you SO much and #keeprunning #keepinspiring
